We offer a 20 year lease with advantageous long-term conditions.
This means that you can buy a lease to own a marina berth for 20 years, while dramatically reducing yearly costs and avoiding price hikes.
WONDERING WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND?
Berthing at MDA means becoming part of a long-term project, where you can build the future of your boating experience.
If the dimensions of your vessel no longer match your berth, we offer an upgrade.
Additionally, subletting your berth to third parties is a convenient option to provide you with a consistent yearly income. You are also entitled to sublet the remainder of your berth term.
