Aimed at all mooring staff and front-office personnel, the program focuses on strengthening interpersonal and organizational skills related to tourism and hospitality, specifically tailored to a marine environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\" class=\"translation-block\">This course\u2014the first of its kind in Italy\u2014is designed to integrate the high technical skills already possessed by the mooring team with an approach aligned with Marina d\u2019Arechi's vision. This vision is increasingly focused on prioritizing not only the care of the vessel within a top-tier port infrastructure but also the centrality of the guests. By offering them care and attention in a 5-star hotel style, the marina ensures that all clients\u2014from the smallest boat to the largest mega-yacht\u2014can experience their stay in port as a highly enjoyable and unforgettable \"lifestyle\" experience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Within this framework, special attention is dedicated to the quality of welcome, guest relations, and operational coordination.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\" class=\"translation-block\"><em>\"Hospitality is an integral part of the marina experience, and the quality of the relationship with the guest becomes a central factor in the strategic vision of its management. The port is no longer just a place to simply moor (or almost park, I would say) one's boat, but an environment in which to spend leisure time to fully satisfy one's passion for the sea. For this reason, it is fundamental that staff, starting from the front office and moorers, complement their technical skills with solid relational training from a hospitality perspective, along with expectation management and problem-solving skills,\" <\/em>stated the President of Marina d\u2019Arechi, Agostino Gallozzi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The program's goals include raising hospitality standards, improving team dynamics and internal collaboration, and strengthening the ability to manage priorities and operational situations, even in complex contexts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The training content includes hospitality and service techniques, customer expectation management, attention to detail, a multicultural approach, and principles of international etiquette, as well as tools for problem-solving and work organization.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\" class=\"translation-block\">The initiative fits into a growth context for the marina sector, which continues to represent one of the most dynamic chains in the Italian economy.
